prefer more of a basic shape we have
a round, square, rectangle, heart and star.
Or we have more elaborate designs that
include angels, surfboards, flowers, princess
tiaras, crowns, wind chimes and many more.
If you have had an older child's impression
done in the past, you may bring it with you to
match the design and color. However, each
piece is completely hand crafted and just like
children, no two will be exactly alike.

We always inscribe as much or as little as you would like on your
plates free of charge. We will also include a label for the back of
each plate.
Infant plate labels: include baby's name, DOB, height, weight,
delivering doctor, hospital delivered at and date of impression.

age(s), occasion & date of impression.

Our clay is 100% non-toxic and safe for your precious little ones.
Please allow 4 weeks for delivery. You will be contacted as
soon as your plate is done.

Turn-Around Time
The Process
We start with soft clay and your precious
little one's hands and feet. Once we have
taken the impressions I fire them in my
home studio kiln to over 1800 degrees.
I then glaze them and fire again. Unlike
impressions made of plaster, these
beautiful keepsakes are guaranteed to
show the intricate detail of your little one's
hands and feet and the color will never fade.
A single plate session usually takes about 30 minutes in my home
with a cooperating child, a bit longer for the strong willed children. If
we are coming to you, we will need a few minutes longer to set up
equipment.
